For an Annex, we would recommend building under the mobile homes act rather than permitted development.
We work with NAPC – National Annexe Providers Consultancy.
We recommend obtaining a pre-approval.
To get the approval and certificate of lawfulness from the council could take 10 weeks.
There is a fee for this service.
